Bailly House is a 39 bed care facility in Chapman Street North Melbourne, located close to public transport on Flemington Road.

The home has standard single rooms with shared bathrooms and has been built over three levels connected by internal ramps.

All rooms are furnished with vinyl flooring, built in wardrobes, electronically adjustable beds and nurse call buttons. Rooms are centrally heated and have wall fans for the warmer months.

Rooms on the lower level each have an external door leading to either a small garden area or the central courtyard. Rooms on the middle level have access to the lounge and dining areas on the same floor and two rooms have access to the central courtyard. Rooms on the upper level each have an external door leading onto a small balcony, overlooking Chapman Street.

Explanation of payment options: Residents can choose to pay for their accommodation by a refundable deposit, a daily payment, or a combination of both. A refundable deposit is paid as a lump sum amount. A daily payment accrues daily and is paid periodically, for example monthly. Common areas: All residents have access to two lounge areas which are also used for various activities and group functions. There is a centrally located dining room on the middle level and this room is also used for activities, social functions and meetings.

Bailly House has a social room with a full size billiard table and lounge chairs. This room is also used for the regular coffee shop where residents meet to socialise and participate in activities. The external door in this room leads to a balcony with views including the Melbourne Wheel.

When residents would like some time alone, the snoozylene room is a quiet space which is also used for hand massages and reminiscing. There is also a small chapel area with an altar that is taken to a lounge area for weekly mass

These are often varied, and include bus outings
