Adelene Court offers accommodation for 30 residents. As it was opened in 1981 with a focus on being like home, the rooms have the advantage of a set up that is now rarely available with bedroom, ensuite and a separate lounge room.
Adelene Court residents have emergency access to care staff 24 hours a day and every unit is fitted with a call bell and portable alarm.
Adelene Court is a balance between not having to worry about things like cooking, cleaning and care while maintaining independence and choice. Our residents are supported to lead lives that are as independent and active as possible. Nourishing meals are prepared fresh onsite and served in the dining room which offers a relaxed and informal environment where residents have the opportunity to enjoy the company of others.
Our wonderful staff provide care that is respectful and understanding of each person’s rights to dignity, privacy and freedom of choice. Besides the excellent nursing care, we also have Lifestyle and Activities staff, additional services such as a hairdresser, podiatrist and an optometrist visiting regularly. Other medical professional services and allied health arrangements can be provided if needed.
Adelene has a proud history of being accredited for over 10 years, having always passed accreditation without a single issue or adverse finding.
Residents can take part in the care and management of Adelene Court through bi-monthly committee meetings.

Our spacious rooms were designed to offer a home like feeling with our separate lounge area. In addition the room comprises a bedroom, a kitchenette and separate ensuite. The suites are fully carpeted and all windows within the suites are covered with a blind and curtains.The kitchenette is for tea/coffee making and cold food storage as there is no cooking in the room. A small refrigerator and kettle are provided. A fresh cook commercial kitchen managed by qualified cooks and catering staff available twelve hours per day.Our bedrooms are well appointed with a medical single bed, a chest of drawers, two bed side tables and a wardrobe. Our comfortable lounge room has a lounge chair, dining table with two chairs and a television stand. These lounge rooms provide a separate area to entertain family and friends. It also offers a space for a private consultation with a medical practitioner of your choice.A private porch is positioned outside each unit overlooking our sun filled courtyard.All rooms have heating and cooling.Rooms are connected to our nurse call service which is linked directly to staff. Pendants are also provided to residents to wear around neck for convenience so that an emergency can be dealt with immediately. Telephone connections are available in all rooms
