Capel Sands Aged Care is a fully accredited aged care residence, located in the peaceful beachside suburb of West Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria's southeast. We provide high level permanent nursing home care to our 60 residents who enjoy a home-like atmosphere, fully supported by qualified and caring personnel 24-hours a day.
We provide accommodation for our residents in 52 single rooms and 4 twin share rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Residents can relax and enjoy the peaceful enclosed courtyards or private alcoves scattered throughout the facility as an alternative to the larger day room where many activities are held. Relatives and friends, who form an integral part in our community, are always welcome to join in the many activities and outings that are organised regularly.
