Graceford has dementia specific care in a secure, safe environment with 24 hour care by registered nurses and trained staff. We have a proactive therapy team who develop individualised activity programs that cater for all residents.
The dementia wing has a secure garden area designed to stimulate and encourage residents to spend some time outside enjoying the fresh air and outdoor environment.

All the rooms are in very good condition with excellent paint work and floor coverings. Each room features built-in robes, lockable drawer, chair, adjustable bed, over bed table, and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The majority of rooms overlook courtyards or larger garden spaces.
Respite rooms are also available, subject to availability.
